Nominee
To ensure we set up in the correct position please nominate someone to be responsible for meeting us to show the location of the tent. We will contact this person directly to confirm a mutually acceptable time to meet.

On the Day
As we will be setting up prior to your expected use, you may like to consider nominating a person to ensure everything is ready for you prior to your arrival. This may entail:
- delivering your personal items
- opening the doorway and/or window covers
- turning on lamps and other inside lights
- putting your complimentary bubbly on ice
- any other personal requirements.
